- Filter your fields down: Create filters using the criteria you selected, and observe the list of fields get filtered down on the right side of the page.
- To create a filter, click Add filter and specify a criteria, a comparison, and a value. For more information on filters, see the Filters section below.
- Only fields that pass every filter are included.
- When done, click Next
- Create your group: On this page you can review the group criteria and included fields. When ready, enter in a name for your group and create your group by clicking Create group
- Choose your criteria: Select the criteria you want to include as columns in the report. You may select any number of criteria. When done, click Next
- Filter your fields down: You may create filters using the criteria you selected, and observe the list of fields get filtered down on the right side of the page. When done, click Next
- Create your excel report: On this page you can review the report data and included fields. When ready, click Create excel report
- No need to provide a group name. You will automatically download a file with the name GroupBuilderReport_FarmNameTimeStamp.xlsx
Filters have three parts:
- Criteria: The field, rotation, crop, or application property you want to filter your fields by.
- Comparison: The rule you want to set for that property. For example:
- Number properties: is equal to, is not equal to, is greater than, is less than, is greater than or equal to, is not greater than or equal to
- True/False properties: is, is not
- Text properties: includes, does not include
- Value: The threshold you want the rule to meet.
- Slope (%) is greater than 6
- Criteria: Slope (%), Comparison: is greater than, Value: 6
- Tile Lines Present in Field is True
- Criteria: Tile Lines Present in Field, Comparison: is, Value: true
- Name includes North Field 1, North Field 2
- Criteria: Name, Comparison: includes, Value: North Field 1, North Field 2
¶ Includes and Does Not Include
For these comparisons, you may pick more than one option for the value. In the last example above, the filter will include any field that has the name North Field 1 or North Field 2
Filters stack on top of each other. In the examples of filters above, if you used all three filters at once, the included fields would be any field that:
- Has a slope greater than 6, and
- has tile lines present in the field, and
- has the name North Field 1 or North Field 2.
