¶ Overview
SnapPlus has the ability to import and export shapefiles, enabling you to share spatial data between SnapPlus and other mapping systems.
¶ What is a shapefile?
A shapefile is a format for storing geometry and associated attribute information (e.g. field names, acres, etc.). It is a common format used when working with mapping software.
¶ Importing and exporting
You can import and export shapefiles using the shapefile dialog from in the maps page.
